Every KATEEZ piece undergoes a certification process in France and is hallmarked with the “poinçon tête d’aigle” (eagle’s head stamp), guaranteeing the purity of the gold.
Each of our pieces has a custom KATEEZ certificate of authenticity attesting to the materials, ownership and quality of your jewelry.

All KATEEZ jewelry is subject to the legal guarantees in force.
These guarantees do not cover the following: damage resulting from accidents and improper use or misuse of jewelry, consequences of normal wear and tear of jewelry, as well as any damage resulting from repairs or manipulation not carried out by KATEEZ.

We recommend storing your jewelry in its original case, avoiding exposure to chemicals or perfumes, and cleaning gently with a soft cloth.
Order
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply select your desired piece, choose your size or personalization if applicable, and proceed to checkout.
When a specific size or variation of a piece is not immediately available, we are pleased to offer it as "Pre-Order." This means your jewelry will be individually crafted especially for you. Pre-Order pieces require additional production time, and will take 6-8 weeks to manufacture and ship.
You may view your order history by logging into your account on our website. If you placed an order as a guest or require further assistance, our Client Services team will be delighted to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched and a signature is required upon delivery.
Within the EU, UK, US and UAE: Duties and taxes are included (Delivered Duty Paid) and covered by KATEEZ. You will not be charged additional fees for import when receiving your order in these regions.
Other International Destinations: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) when the package reaches your country.

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Ready-to-ship pieces are typically delivered within 2-7 business days once shipped. Made-to-order or personalized items may take 6–8 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for eligible items, provided the jewelry is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates.
Please note that bespoke and personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

- Await Authorization: We will review your request and provide return authorization if it meets our policy.
- Ship Items Back: After you receive authorization, send your item(s) back to the return address provided. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
